The programme’s objective is to educate sportsmen and women and coaches on the subject of their emotional well-being as well as their in their social and personal abilities with the aim of accompanying them in their sporting growth and also as people and in getting to know themselves better. The objective is to train the coaches to ‘look and see’ behaviour, attitudes and that in this way they can understand better the players with whom they work.

Awareness, emotional control, dealing with fear, understanding empathy, being capable of healthy self-esteem, using assertive communication to maintain healthy relationships, deal with frustration to overcome difficulties that may cross their path, have the emotional capacity to not depend on others for the making of decisions and inner strength are some of the abilities that the sportsmen and women will learn.
