Barça have already collected the first handball trophy of the season, the Catalan Super Cup, which they have earned thanks to a 43-25 victory over Fraikin Granollers – the fifth time in row that they have won the cup and the eighteenth in total.
It was a game in which they were in total command from start to finish, exhibiting strength and pace from the word go.
