Comprehensive Athlete Care Service
The Comprehensive Athlete Care Service is designed for sportspeople to receive individual and personalized attention from the first day that they arrives at the Club
- Emotional education: Athletes and coaches are trained in emotional competencies and well-being, and social and personal skills in order to help them progress in sports, as people and with self-knowledge.
- Academic assistance: A whole series of professionals, teachers and psycho-pedagogues are available to help athletes make sport compatible with their studies.
- Tutorial assistance: Athletes are fully accompanied from their arrival at the Club until the day they leave or retire.
- Psychological Care Service: Athletes are helped with any individual needs that may arise throughout the season. This service can be requested by the family, the coach, the Medical Services or the tutor.
- Care Service for the Athlete's Family and Environment: Tools and resources are offered for their children's education such a competitive and sporting environment as FCB.
- Guidance Service for Retirement of Professional Athletes: We work together with the athlete before, during and after their retirement to ensure a smooth transition for which they are fully prepared.
