The trident’s exhibition against Valencia

The Barça front three were in terrific form once again during the win over Los Che, with goals, assists, dribbles and magical moments of skill

A match at the Camp Nou rarely goes by without the front there of Leo Messi, Luis Suárez and Neymar Jr taking centre stage.

And Sunday’s 4-2 win over Valencia was yet another one of those displays where the trident played a pivotal role in the team’s win.

Neymar made two assists, one form a throw-in. Suárez was at his lethal best with a terrific finish to level the game and earned a penalty that forced a red card for Valencia defender Mangala, while Messi scored his 100th brace for the club.

Messi is top of the league’s scoring charts with 25, four more than teammate Suárez while Neymar’s 18th and 19th assist of the season sees him top the standings across Europe in that department. A truly unique front three.
