CAN THE TRUSTEE INTERVENE IN THE DEFENCE OF A MEMBER ON THE DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE?

As indicated in Articles 57.1.a) 77.l) the Member's Ombudsman, provided this is at the request of a member, may intervene in defense of this process with a right to speak but not vote at meetings of the Disciplinary Commission, as long as the matter is not resolved by that committee.
