Neymar Jr's number one victim: Villarreal

The Brazlian has scored five goals in three games against the all-yellows at the Camp Nou. and on Saturday has the chance to get even more

We all know how lethal Neymar Jr can be in front of goal, and few teams are as aware as that as Villarreal, who Barça entertain this Saturday at 6.30pm CET (TICKETS HERE).

The Brazilian has faced the Yellow Submarine three times in league games at the Camp Nou and has racked up five goals – making them his joint number one victim in the stadium, along with Athletic Club, Rayo Vallecano and PSG.

His first meeting was in 2013, a game Leo Messi missed through suspension but Neymar stepped into the Argentinian’s shoes and scored both goals in a 2-1 win.

In the 2014/15 season, Barça came twice from behind to nab the three points, with Neymar again contributing.

And last season, with Messi also out through injury, he claimed another brace including a stunner that raised eyebrows around the world.

Coupled with games away to Villarreal and also in the Copa del Rey, Neymar Jr’s tally against the all-yellows rises to eight – more than he has scored against any other team apart from Athletic Club.

Here's his the full record - and you can see the goals by clicking on the video above:
