Barça Lassa recorded another win, this time by the only goal of the game, away at Torre Roja with Marc Gual’s strike giving them the victory over Recam Làser Caldes. The blaugranes showed themselves to be extremely strong defensively once again as they recorded their third game in a row without conceding. Edu Castro’s team remain joint leaders in the OK League with Liceo following their win over Arenys de Munt.
The goal that eventually decided the game came as early as the ninth minute of the encounter. Marc Gual was the first to react to a loose ball in the area to put Barça in front.
Despite being a man down at points in the game, Barça Lassa’s resolved held firm with Sergio Fernández particularly impressive in defence. A goalless second half was enough to hand the visitors the points and maintain their 100% record in the league in which they have 15 points from a possible 15. Their next challenge comes on Sunday when they face Forte de Marmi in the Palau Blaugrana in the European League.
