Barça Lassa’s incredible unbeaten Asobal League run came in serious danger of ending at mid-table Valladolid on Saturday, but a dramatic comeback produced an amazing win and leaves them just four points short of being mathematically confirmed as league champions.
The game was heading for a draw, just the second time Barça would have dropped a point in the competition, but Pálmarsson’s spectacular goal right at the end secured victory in game that the Catalans were trailing by four points at the break.
A 5-1 streak just after the restart, featuring three goals from N’Guessan, was the key to the blaugrana revival.
