FC Barcelona will begin the 2026/27 official season by competing in the Supercopa Endesa. They will face Valencia Basket in the semi-finals at the Olímpic de Badalona in a competition which will take place over the weekend of 19–20 September.

Should they win their semi, Barça will meet the winners of the other semi-final between ASISA Joventut and Kosner Baskonia.

The competition will feature the reigning Liga Endesa and Supercopa Endesa champions, Valencia Basket; the Copa del Rey holders, Kosner Baskonia; hosts ASISA Joventut; and Barça, runners-up in the 2026 Liga Endesa.
