2026/27 youth football coaches confirmed
Planning for the new season is already under way in FC Barcelona's youth football department, and the coaching set-ups for the 2026/27 campaign have now been confirmed. The club is committed to continuity following another successful developmental season across its youth teams, albeit with some changes in certain squads.
11-a-side football
There is continuity in the youth teams, with Pol Planas remaining in charge of the U19 A team, assisted by Joan Pons, and Cesc Bosch continuing as coach of the U19 B side, with Jordi Poma as his assistant.
At U16 level, Àlex Fernández, previously coach of the U15 side, replaces David Sánchez, who moves into the 11-a-side coordination team, and will be assisted by Sergi Borrallo.
At U15 level, the main new development is the return of Albert Peris to the club to take charge of the team, with Enric Daví as assistant coach. At U14 level, Adrià Monràs and Bernat Gispert continue in their roles, while Jordi Pérez and Víctor Rodríguez also remain in charge of the U13 side.
7-a-side football
At U12 level, the side competing in the Preferente Infantil U13 league will be coached by Juanan Gil, who replaces Pol Combellé, with Eladi Gallego serving as assistant coach.
Àlvar Acosta remains in charge of U11 A and will have Fernando Rodríguez as his assistant, while U11 B will be led by Paco Revert, assisted by Pau Pons.
The U10 A team will be coached by Albert Ametller, with Pol Castellà as assistant, while U10 B will be managed by Dani Segovia and Òscar Allende.
Mario Jordano and Alexandre Miguel will take charge of U9 A, while Albert Moratalla and Arnau Tomàs will be on the bench for U9 B. Among the youngest teams, Albert Batalla will coach U8 A, assisted by Ernest Velasco, while Oriol Juan becomes coach of U8 B alongside Carlos Moreno.
Finally, goalkeeper coaching duties will be overseen by Jesús Unzué (U19 A), Ferran Montijano (U19 B), Alex Sánchez and Cristian Lelli in the 11-a-side structure, and Juan Vicente Canales and Pau Ruiz in 7-a-side.
