CHANGE YOUR TICKET

Has something unexpected come up and you can’t attend on the selected date/time? Change your ticket and don’t miss your visit to the Ice Rink.

CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING THE CHANGE

All changes must be for UNUSED tickets with an original date between January 1 and December 31 of the current year.

Change fee

Changing the date or time of the tickets has a cost:

  • 5 € per ticket

Who can request the change?

The change can only be requested if the tickets were purchased through the official FC Barcelona website (www.fcbarcelona.com).

How is the change made?

On the day you wish to visit, you can go directly to the ticket office to request the change. You must present the previously purchased tickets. Subject to availability.

How will I access the visit once the ticket has been modified?

You will be able to access the Ice Rink by showing, at the entrance, the original ticket together with the change ticket obtained at the ticket office.

 

Once tickets for school groups/camps have been purchased, no changes or refunds are allowed.
