Hansi Flick’s Barça team are known for scoring goals, and this season has been no exception. The strike from Pau Cubarsí in the Montilivi stadium against Girona in La Liga was number 100 in all competitions this season. The century of goals has come in just 38 matches with Barça only failing to score in two games this season, against Chelsea in the Champions League and Atlético Madrid in the Copa del Rey. 

100 goals in February  

The firepower in Hansi Flick’s team has seen them average 2.7 goals per game this season. Last season the blaugranes reached 100 goals at the end of January during a 7-0 win over Valencia in the 32nd game of the season. In Europe’s top five leagues only Chelsea with 101 goals, Manchester City with 109 and Bayern Munich with 134 have scored more in the current campaign.  

Ferran and Lamine head the list  

Some 14 different players have scored for Barça this season with Ferran Torres the current topscorer on 16, closely followed by Lamine Yamal on 15, Raphinha and Lewandowski on 13, Fermín and Rashford on 10 and Dani Olmo on 7.   

After notching 100 goals this season with his team, Hansi Flick is approaching 100 games as Barça coach. At the moment he is on 98 with the German set to reach a century in charge of the blaugranes on 28 February against Villarreal.
