Improved features in Penyista Register
FC Barcelona continues to work on improving the Penyista Portal in order to offer more and better features. For this reason, minors can now unlink themselves from their legal guardian once they reach the age of 18. Each unlinked penyista will be able to carry out all procedures independently and deal directly with the club. To do so, the guardian must unlink the person in their care from the “Manage Minors” menu, providing a new phone number and email address.
Furthermore, from now on the app will automatically detect which users, based on their age, hold a permanent identity document, meaning it will no longer be necessary to enter an expiry date.
We would also like to remind penyistes that they can use the alerts service to request tickets for any away match involving FC Barcelona’s men’s first team.
More features for penya managers
We would also like to remind penya managers that, as of this season, they have more options for keeping information up to date. It is now possible to update the penya’s contact email address, as well as many other key details, via the “Penya Information” button, which can be accessed through the Manager Portal.
In addition, as a new feature, it is now possible to add the penya’s social media usernames, if applicable, as well as its website. This information will remain private to the managers and will serve to inform the Penyes Department, if desired, of each entity’s official profiles.
Keeping penya data up to date
Keeping information up to date is essential to guarantee the penya’s official status and ensure the accuracy of its records.
The most important details to review are the composition of the Board of Directors, the address of the penya’s registered office, and the postal delivery address. To check and, if necessary, update this information, managers should go to the “Other Procedures” button for the first two items, and to “Penya Information” to check and/or update the postal address.
If any information cannot be modified directly, managers should contact the Penyes Department to request the change.
