To Prague without Ferran Torres or Lamine Yamal, but with Raphinha
FC Barcelona return to European competition this week as they travel to the home of Slavia Prague. It is a crucial fixture, as they need a win if they are to keep their chances of qualifying directly for the top eight of the Champions League and avoid the play-off round.
Hansi Flick will have to manage several significant absences. Lamine Yamal is unavailable due to suspension after accumulating yellow cards, while Gavi and Christensen continue their recovery from injury. In addition, Ferran Torres will miss the trip after suffering an injury to the semimembranosus muscle in his right leg, with an estimated recovery time of around ten days.
On the positive side, the coach welcomes back Raphinha, who is once again available after missing the match against Real Sociedad due to a minor knock.
The final squad is as follows: Joan Garcia, Szczesny, Kochen, Balde, Araujo, Cubarsí, Gerard Martín, Eric, Kounde, Jofre, Pedri, Fermín, Casadó, Olmo, De Jong, Bernal, Tommy, Lewandowski, Raphinha, Rashford, Roony, Juan and Dani R.

The team are scheduled to arrive in Prague around noon. Once there, Flick and Alejandro Balde will be appearing at the official press conference (5.30pm CET), after which the team will hold their final training session (6.15pm CET) at the Eden Arena.
