Before training there was a minute's silence in memory of the victims of Sunday's train accident in the Córdoba region of Spain

The FC Barcelona returned to training on Monday following Sunday's defeat against Real Sociedad in La Liga. Hansi Flick's team had chances to win the game in Anoeta but now focus switches to Europe where they take on Slavia Praha in Czechia on Wednesday in the Champions League.

Recovery session for the Barça squad

Monday's session was recovery in nature with the players who started on Sunday in the gym and the rest out on the field at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.

All the available first team players took part as well as Tommy and Jofre from Barça Atlètic. It was the final session before travelling to Prague on Tuesday where at 5.30pm CET Hansi Flick and Alejandro Balde will face the media with a training session to follow at the Fortuna Arena, the venue for Wednesday's game, kick off at 9pm CET.

Minute's silence before the training session

Before training a minute's silence was carried in memory of the victims of Sunday's railway accident in Adamuz, Córdoba in the south of Spain.
