Barça Legends return to Mexico
The first Barça Legends game of 2026 will be played in Morelia (Mexico) next Saturday 17 January at 8pm local time (3am Sunday CET) against Morelia Leyendas at the 35,000 capacity Estadio Morelos. This is the fourth legends game of seasons after wins in Monterrey (Mexico), 3-2 over Tigres Leyendas with a hat-trick from David Villa, in Abuja (Nigeria), 3-1 over a Nigerian all-star team, and in San Salvador (El Salvador), 2-0 over Real Madrid Leyendas with a brace from Javier Saviola. The game will be streamed live on the club's YouTube Premium account.
Coach Albert Ferrer is taking the following squad: Jesús Angoy, Xavi Guzmán, Andreu Fontàs, Frank de Boer, Martín Montoya, Marc Valiente, Juan Pablo Sorín, Fernando Navarro, Rafa Márquez, Sergi Barjuan, Phillip Cocu, Marc Crosas, Roberto Trashorras, Gaizka Mendieta, Ludovic Giuly, Javier Saviola, Nolito and Rivaldo.

Third trip to Mexico
This is the third time the Barça Legends have played in Mexico. They were in Toluca last April and Monterrey in August, and they will be back in the country on February 22 for a game in Guadalajara against Real Madrid Leyendas.
