Flick also highlighted the clean sheet and the defensive effort, a key factor for the team: "It’s always good to keep a clean sheet. That means we controlled the game, did a good defensive job, and that’s important too." The coach praised Eric, Gerard Martín, and Cubarsí: "It’s great to have defenders performing at a high level."

One of the standout performers of the match was Pedri, whom Flick showered with praise: "In the first goal, he created great space and did it perfectly. He's an incredible, top player. I don’t know what else to say: he's exceptional," said the coach, highlighting the talented midfielder, who was once again decisive.

Flick also commented on Raphinha's performance, the scorer of two goals and was a fundamental piece in the team's setup: "Raphinha is very important. He scored two goals and is a key player. He defends and attacks; he's very important for us," Flick underlined.
