Two new commercial agreements that the Club has signed in recent months were approved during the Ordinary General Assembly held today.

Firstly, there was the approval of Midea as a new Main Partner and Official Home Appliances Partner for FC Barcelona from the 2025/26 season onwards. FC Barcelona introduced the agreement in September, which will involve the Chinese brand's logo being included on the left sleeve of the men's first team jersey from 1 July 2006, among other sponsorship assets. This point on the agenda was approved with 87.9 percent voting, and 321 votes in favour, 25 against, and 19 left blank.

Furthermore, the agreement for the licence for the Can Barça business was given the go ahead. This new commercial initiative from the Club through the company Novadial Corporate will see restaurant spaces created in the FC Barcelona image and brand internationally. This agreement was approved with 75.9 percent voting, and 272 votes in favour, 52 against and 34 left blank.

These two ratifications see the Club continue its commercial expansion, which has been on an upward trajectory with sustained projection in recent years, testament that the Barça brand is in good health and appeals to global brands and strategic projects.
