On 26 January 2025, Hansi Flick's Barça side reached 100 goals in just 32 matches. 265 days later on 18 October of the same year in the 2-1 win at home over Girona at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, the blaugranes reached 200 in official competition under the German coach.

201 goals in 71 matches

The pace has been dizzying and the only comparison can be with some the Club’s greatest eras. With 201 goals in 71 matches, Flick becomes the third fastest coach in Barça’s history to reach this scoring milestone. Only Helenio Herrera, in 61 matches, and Juan José Nogués, 67 matches, reached the landmark in less games. Famous figures like Josep Guardiola (81), Luis Enrique (73) and Johan Cruyff (100) rank lower in this list.

The contrast is also revealing: while Flick needed only 32 matches to reach the first 100 goals, it took 39 more to score another 101 and surpass the 200-goal mark, maintaining an amazing goalscoring average. Of the total, most goals, as expected, have come in La Liga with 126 (102 in the 2024/25 season and 24 so far in 2025/26). In the Champions League, the total is 46 goals, in the Copa del Rey 22, and in the Super Cup 7.

Unluckiest opponents

Barça leaves a stylistic mark wherever it goes. Some opposing defences have been repeatedly overwhelmed, and certain teams have conceded more than other during this run. Valencia are the team that has suffered the most at the hands of Hansi Flick's Barça, conceding 20 goals in just four matches. Next are Real Madrid (16 goals in 4 matches), and Girona, Sevilla, and Atlético Madrid, each with 10 goals. Teams such Mallorca, Valladolid, and Benfica have conceded 9 times against Flick's Barça.

Lewandowski, the main man

Barça’s attacking success is driven by its killers in the box. Robert Lewandowski is the leading scorer under Flick with 46 goals, followed by Raphinha (37) and Ferran Torres (24). Lamine Yamal,  has already scored 20. A total of 20 different players, as well as 7 own goals from opponents, have contributed to the double century of strikes

The Olympic Stadium, the main venue

Montjuïc has inevitably become the great stage for goals under Hansi Flick. As in the run to reach 100 goals, the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys has been the main venue for the blaugranes to find the net with more than half of the goals in the total at the stadium.
