FC Barcelona continues to work on improving the Penya Member Portal, adding more and better features. For this reason, starting this season, supporters can use the alert service to apply for tickets for any away game played by the FC Barcelona men’s first team.

In addition, and visible from each supporter’s private area, it will now also be possible to access the supporters’ club’s administrative email in order to contact them directly if they have any questions.

New for managers

Penya managers now have more options to keep information up to date. From now on, they will be able to modify their club's contact email, along with many other key details, using the “Penya Information” button, which they can access from the Manager’s Portal. Managers will have the authority to decide whether or not the contact email is visible to all members.

In addition, and as a new feature, managers can also add the club’s social media usernames, if they have them, and their website. This information will remain private to the managers and will serve to inform the Penyes Department, if desired, of the official profiles of each entity.

Data maintenance

It is essential to keep the data up to date in order to guarantee the official status of the penya and ensure the accuracy of the information.

The most important details to review are the composition of the Board of Directors, the address of the clubhouse, and the delivery address. To check that the information is correct and, if necessary, to modify it, managers must go to the “Other procedures” button in the case of the first two, and to the “Penya Information” button if they wish to check and/or modify the postal delivery address.

In cases where certain information cannot be modified, managers must contact the Penyes Department to request the change.
