Monday free and back to work on Tuesday. Hansi Flick's team began preparations for their second game of the league season which comes on Saturday, kick off 9.30pm CEST, away at Levante. The blaugranes will be looking to make it two from two after their 3-0 win at Mallorca on the opening weekend of the campaign.

The squad returned to action at the Ciutat Esportiva with fierce heat of the last few days having abated slightly. Robert Lewandowski completed the majority of the session with his team mates whilst Jofre, Dro, Guille Fernández and Toni Fernández also took part in the workout with the first team. 

Football, the culture of sport and peace 

Tuesday's session also saw the squad wear their new training kit for the first time with the slogan "RD Congo - Coeur de Afrique" on the back, the result of a four season collaboration with the DR Congo government to promote culture, sport and innovation in the African nation.
