FC Barcelona and Everton have reached an agreement for the transfer of player Martina Fernandez.

The Catalan club reserves a buy-back option and a percentage of the capital gain from any future sale.

Barça wishes Fernandez the best of luck and success in the future, both personally and professionally.

Culer since 2018

Martina Fernández joined Barça’s youth system in 2018 from Girona. In 2020, she became part of the B team, and in 2021 she was among the first players to join the women’s section at La Masia.

She made her first-team debut on 2 February 2022 in a victory over Levante. Fernández came on in the 73rd minute to become one of the youngest debutants in the history of the women’s team.

In total, she has played 29 official matches for Barça between the 2021/22 and 2024/25 seasons, scoring three goals and contributing to the team’s recent successes. Now, she returns to Everton, where she had already been playing on loan since January 2025.
