Héctor Fort has undergone nasal surgery to resolve breathing problems and chronic congestion that has affected him during the season. He is expected to be out of action for around 4 weeks. 

The full back from La Masia has played his part in the squad's success and has always shown himself to be a solid performer when called upon by coach Hansi Flick. In the domestic treble winning campaign, Fort made 21 appearances for the first time playing a total of 210 minutes.
