More than 26,000 culers headed for La Cartuja
Barça will be backed by more than 26,000 fans in the Copa del Rey final on Saturday at 10pm CEST against Real Madrid at La Cartuja stadium in Seville. As with every final, Barça fans have mobilised to be at the team’s side. The members and supporters’ club members who applied for tickets have had the opportunity to purchase them—first, those who were successful in the draw, and then the rest.
Club-organised travel
Eight trains and eighteen coaches organised by FC Barcelona Desplaçaments will carry a large contingent of the Barça supporters from Barcelona to Seville. 3,300 people will depart from Sants station by train to the Andalusian capital, with departures scheduled at 6:40am, 7am, 7:05am, and 7:28am. A total of 1,022 supporters will travel by coach, leaving on Friday 25 April at 9:30pm from Carrer Martí i Franquès, near Gate 9 of the Spotify Camp Nou. They are expected to arrive in Seville throughout the morning of Saturday 26 April.
The Barça Fan Zone Estrella Damm
The Barça Fan Zone Estrella Damm for the final in Seville will be open from 11am to 7pm, located about a 15-minute walk from the stadium. This space is being set up specially for the occasion, and will offer a support point for fans with match tickets in case of any ticket-related issues.
The coaches transporting Barça members and supporters’ club members to Seville will park very close to the Fan Zone. Meanwhile, fans arriving by train will need to follow the signage from Santa Justa station, across the Barqueta Bridge. For those travelling by car, a parking area will be available. It is recommended to arrive before 3pm, as road closures will begin from that time onwards. Lastly, fans flying into Seville will be able to reach the Fan Zone using the regular EA/02 bus line.
