The wins on the hill at Montjuïc have come in different ways; comebacks, exhibitions of attacking football and shows of character have meant each fixture has ended with Barça taking all three points.

Ferran and João and João

The first official fixture of the season for the blaugranes at the Estadi Olímpic saw goals from Pedri and Ferran Torres hand Barça a comfortable 2-0 win over Cádiz in La Liga. Ferran was also on the scoresheet in the 5-0 win over Betis, also in La Liga, rifling in a free kick, Barça's first goal in such a fashion for more than two years. The game against the Andalusians also saw new signings João Félix and João Cancelo make their debuts in the starting Xi and both responded by scoring their first goals as Barça players in the victory.

Up next was a Champions League group stage debut against Belgian side Antwerp. Lamine Yamal became the youngest Barça player ever to represent the club in the competition in the 5-0 victory that also saw Gavi score his first goal in the competition to round off an impressive individual display.

Lewandowski in the spotlight

Polish striker Robert Lewandowski was on the scoresheet against Antwerp and played a vital role in Barça's next win the Estadi Olímpic, a 3-2 comeback win over Celta. The Galicians led 2-0 with just 10 minutes of the game remaining before Lewandowski scored twice in four minutes to bring the blaugranes level. João Cancelo's late winner kept Barça's home streak alive and completed an unprecedented comeback.

Young talent Fermín in win number five

On Friday at the Estadi Olímpic an own goal from veteran Sergio Ramos handed Barça victory in La Liga against Sevilla. Lamine Yamal's header was turned past his own keeper by the former Real Madrid defender in a game that saw another youngster, Fermín López, shine after coming on in the first half to replace the injured Raphinha. Five out of five at the moment with the next challenge to come at home on Sunday 22 October when Athletic Club come to town.
