Specifically FC Barcelona wishes to make public the following amendments and appreciations:

"And the only company to be invited was the Turkish construction company Limak. Invited by the club itself and moreover it ended up winning five months later offering 950 million euros for the stadium reconstruction. Date of the scope statement: that same September 1. The same day that the company was invited the pre-qualification requirements were eliminated". FALSE

- In the new tender the club's main objective was to make the process more competitive and it announced the possibility of taking part to other international companies, such as Limak and the French company Vinci. The same companies were invited months before September 1.

- In no way was the pre-qualification phase eliminated from the tender. All of the bidding companies, including Limak, had to pass the pre-qualification phase, which lasted months, and the requirements were not just the technical but also the financial capacity. All the companies that passed that phase were sent the scope statement in September 2022.

“In the new scope statement of September 1, the terms and conditions that appeared in the pre-qualification process had disappeared”. FALSE

- The conditions in the scope statement of September 2022 were different to those of 2017 and the pre-qualification procedure of that tender was regulated and controlled at all times, both internally and externally.
