2022/23 LaLiga Clásico dates announced

The 2022/23 LaLiga Clásico dates have been announced. The Thursday draw for this season fixtures revealed that the first Real Madrid v Barça game will be played on the weekend of October 15/16 at the Santiago Bernabéu (matchday 9), while the return fixture will be played on the weekend of March 18/19 in Camp Nou (matchday 26).

These games will see the all-whites and blaugranas surpass 250 competitive Clásico games. To date, Real Madrid and Barça have faced each other in 249 competitive games. Their last meeting was at the Santiago Bernabéu, when Barça won 0-4, with goals from Aubameyang (2), Araujo and Ferran Torres. The last Clásico played at Camp Nou finished 1-2 to the all-whites, however.

A Clásico in Las Vegas to come first

There will be another Clásico in July, prior to the two LaLiga fixtures, this time a friendly. The game will be played in the United States of America in Las Vegas on July 23 and is one of the four games Barça will play on their U.S.A. tour, as they will also face Inter Miami, Juventus, and New York Red Bulls. It will also be the fourth Clásico played abroad.
