FC Barcelona to face Linares Deportivo in the last 32 of the Copa del Rey

This season's competition gets under way for the blaugranes with a tie away at the club from the Primera RFEF

Barça will face Linares Deportivo from the Primera RFEF Division in the last 32 of the Copa del Rey. 

Xavi Hernández's team get their cup campaign off the ground with a trip to Linares in the region of Jaén in Andalusia. The tie is one leg only and will take place in Andalusia on 4/5/6 January. 

It will be the first meeting between the Catalan and Andalusian clubs, however, it will not the first visit of the Club to the Estadio de Linarejos. In October of this year Barça B travelled to Linares Deportivo for a league game in the Primera RFEF. The game ended in a 2-1 win for the blaugranes with Ilias Akhomach and Jutglà, two players who have recently featured for the first team, featuring for Barça B that day.
