Xavi Hernández has announced the Barça squad for Saturday’s game away to Villarreal (9.00pm CET) and the 23 names are as follows: Ter Stegen, Dest, Piqué, R. Araujo, Sergio, Riqui Puig, O. Dembélé, Memphis, Demir, Neto, Coutinho, Lenglet, L. De Jong, Jordi Alba, F. De Jong, O. Mingueza, Umtiti, Eric, Arnau Tenas, Nico, Gavi, Ez Abde and I. Akhomach.
There are no places for the injured Ansu Fati, Braithwaite, Pedri, Kun Agüero and Sergi Roberto.

Final session at Ciutat Esportiva
On Friday morning the team trained for the last time before the first away trip under the new manager. The venue was pitch 2 at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
The team will fly to Castellón on Saturday morning, from where they will be transferred to Villarreal in time for the match.
