Barça sign Moussa Ndiaye

The Senegalese defender joins from the Aspire Academy Dreams on a three-year deal, with a buyout clause of 100 million euros

Moussa Ndiaye has been signed by FC Barcelona. The Senegalese centre back, who joins from the Aspire Academy Dreams in his homeland, has put pen to paper on a three-year deal, with a possible two-year extension. His buyout clause is set at 100 million euros. The total cost of the deal for the 18-year-old is 500,000, plus variables.

Ndiaye is a left sided defender who can play at both centre back and fullbacl. He is 1.78 metres tall and boasts great strength and speed -as shown in the Under-20s African Cup of Nations in 2019, in which he was named Player Of The Tournament. He also made his mark in the Under-20s World Cup in Poland, where Senegal reached the quarter finals before losing to South Korea on penalties.
