Competitive program that reproduces FC Barcelona’s youth system of integral development through training and competition. This program comprehends teams from U19 to U12.

Objectives, contents and training sessions are adapted to each level and age, taking into account individual and collective needs. For that, in order to be part of the program, every player needs to go through a tryout process. During the season, the ACADEMY players could be promoted to the PRO ACADEMY teams if the coaches determine that it will be the best for the player’s development.

Players that are part of this program train three times per week and participate in external competitions, such as regional and national leagues as well as national and international tournaments.

The ACADEMY teams are coached by local coaches who have previous experience working with the BARÇA Academy and who are in constant formation in the BARÇA Methodology one time a week.
