With Atlético Madrid in the spotlight

After the victory against Borussia Dortmund (3-1) that meant qualification to the Champions League Round of 16, Ernesto Valverde's team returned to training on Friday to start preparing for the match against Atlético Madrid at the Wanda Metropolitano (Sunday, 9.00pm CET). The players from the first team worked out on Pitch 2 of the Ciutat Esportiva, with those who played against Borussia Dortmund doing recovery work. Iñaki Peña, R. Araujo, Riqui Puig, C. Pérez and Ansu Fati from Barça B made up the numbers.

The next training session will be on Saturday at 6.00pm CET, the last one before visiting Atléti. Before training, at 5.00pm CET, coach Ernesto Valverde will conduct a press conference in the press room of the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
