Palafrugell 2-6 Barça: Six out of six

Barça kept up their winning streak in the OK Liga with a solid display at Palafrugell. Although the home side twice took the lead, the blaugrana found a response to those two goals and then stormed out of sight with four more.

Pablo Álvarez (2), Helder Nunes (2), Joao Rodrigues and Ignacio Alabart all got on the scoresheet as what started out as a tricky fixture ended up being a powerful cruise home to make it six wins in a row.

With 18 points, Edu Castro’s side are now third in the table, six behind leaders Liceo, but have the game against Reus in hand.

Next weekend the European campaign continues with SKG Herringen of Germany visiting the Palau Blaugrana on Saturday at 6.00pm CET.
