Agreement with Osasuna for the transfer of Marc Cardona

The forward leaves Barça after three seasons

FC Barcelona and Club Atlético Osasuna have come to an agreement for the transfer of the player Marc Cardona. The Navarra-based club will pay FC Barcelona €2.5m.

FC Barcelona would like to publicly express its gratitude to Marc Cardona for his commitment and dedication and wishes him the best of luck and success in the future.

From Barça B to the First Team

The Lleida native thus ends his time at Barça after playing for Barça B during the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons. While playing 60 games for the reserves, the forward scored 24 goals. He also made his first team debut in December 2016 under then manager Luis Enrique, against Borussia Monchengladbach at Camp Nou. That same season, Cardona also got minutes at Hércules in the Copa del Rey.

Last season, Marc Cardona played on loan at SD Eibar and scored his first career La Liga goal, en route to scoring three times overall: against Real Sociedad at Ipurua; against Alavés at the Mendizorrotza; and against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu. Now, Marc Cardona is heading to Osasuna.
