Luis Suárez ends the season with 25 goals

Out 4-6 weeks with a knee injury, the Uruguayan wraps up the season with 25 goals and 10 assists in 49 games

With Luis Suárez out for the rest of the season following arthroscopic knee surgery, his season stat line has thus been finalized. In his fifth season with Barça, the Uruguayan played 49 games and scored 25 goals to go along with 10 assists.

Suárez made 45 starts, came on as a sub four times, and played a total of 4,128 minutes. In games in which Suárez appeared, Barça's record was 45-10-4. Of his 25 goals, 21 came in La Liga, three in the Copa del Rey, and one in the UEFA Champions League.

Clásico hat-trick

One of Suárez's biggest moments of the season came on Sunday, October 28, 2018, when he scored three goals in Barça's 5-1 rout of Real Madrid at Camp Nou.

Top 5 all-time

As far as milestones go, Suárez joined a select group of players on January 20, when he scored his 167th Barça goal, tying Escolá for fifth on the Club's all-time scoring list. In the springtime, on April 23, the Barça number nine scored his 131st La Liga goal, which equalled László Kubala for third best on the Club's all-time Liga goals list.
