Former FCB player José Edmílson has travelled to the United Arab Emirates in his first trip as the world ambassador for FCBEscola. Shortly after signing a deal to represent the club’s network of soccer schools, the Brazilian was in Dubai to serve his first ambassadorial duty.
Edmílson visited the local FCBEscola to learn first hand about the methodology being applied there. New also got the chance to speak to the young pupils about his playing past and what it is like to wear the Barça colours. He also encouraged them to keep working hard and to continue to observe the famous Barça values.
The player joined in with a training session and discussed a number of coaching issues with the school’s staff, as well as signing plenty of autographs and posing for a host of photos.
