The neighbouring town was just 40 minutes away but it was a fantastic experience because the tournament went on for a wekk and I learned a lot and made good friends.”

The ambassador of the FCBEscola has been the centre of attention, being stopped by children and adults alike for photos and autographs.

“The first day has been very positive. It is with pride that I am here with the children who are able to train following the best philosophy in the world,” said Edmilson.

Barça’s philosophy

Edmilson has been lending his advice to the youngstersat the international tournament: "I have told them to always listen to their coach, to follow their instructions. A successful philosophy is based on attacking football where possession of the ball is key.
