FCBEscola Haikou opens inaugural season

Three talented players from Haikou chosen by coaches to spend a week training at the FCBEscola Barcelona

To help commemorate the school's opening, the coaches there have selected three children from among the more than 300 that participated in the most recent FCB Camps held at the academy to come to Barcelona and train at the FCBEscola's main facilities. The lucky trio chosen for this once-in-a-lifetime experience were the 10-year-old Li Shibo, and a pair of 8-year-olds, Lang Dacheng and Zhan Zhijie, all of whom are from Haikou.

"These were our first camps since the opening of the FCBEscola at Mission Hills Haiku, but the ten coaches who have been monitoring the activities there have seen a lot of talent," said Pau López, the school's Local Project Director. "We were especially impressed by the skills of the three kids we chose to make the trip to Barcelona."
