FCBEscola Delhi hosts India and Colombia U-17 national teams ahead of World Cup

The two teams spent ten days training at the FC Barcelona facilities in the capital of India

The Under-17 national teams from India and Colombia trained at the FCBEscola Delhi NCR in recent days in preparation for the U-17 World Cup, which is being held in India this month. Both sides form part of Group A, whose games will all be held in New Delhi.

The two national teams spent ten days getting acclimated to the environment there ahead of the World Cup, and it gave the FCBEscola players based there some time to watch and learn the training habits of both the Indian and Colombian squads.

“It was a magnificent experience,” said FCBEscola Local Project Director, Aitor Olmo. “To be able to host two national teams at our facilities is unprecedented, and really speaks to the quality of our installations.”
