Plaque ceremonies back

Two clubs from Valencia, one from Tarragona and two from Germany unveiled their plaques before Barça v Celta

Saturday was a special day for five BCN supporters clubs, who left their marks on the façade of the Camp Nou. The Celta match was the first of the season at which such a pleasant protocol for the movement was observed.

The Penya Barcelonista El Paler, from Alfarp, and the Penya Barcelonista Massanassa was the Valencian representatives. Their respective presidents, Vicent Escutià and Marc Alonso, were joined by Daniel Casanovas and Griselda Soteras, directors of the Supporters Clubs Commission in representation of the club.

Then, the Penya Blaugrana El Casal de Bellvei inaugurated their plaque on the South Ramp. Daniel Casanovas did the honours, along with the club president Xavier Mañé.

Two German clubs

There was plenty of emotion for the ceremonies in honour of the Penya Azulgrana Frankfurt/Rhein-Main and the Kölscher FC Barcelona Fan Club, two German clubs that had come for the game. Jordi Durà did the duties along with Jesús Muñoz and Jordi Piñol, the presidents of the Frankfurt and Cologne clubs and a group of about 30 travelling fans.
