Players determined to bounce back

Speaking in the mixed zone of the Allianz Arena, Xavi Hernández admitted: “We’re upset.  The score line was a bit excessive, but they were better.  They have to be congratulated because they were superior, especially physically”.  This analysis is shared by his teammates, such as Dani Alves: “We have to take our hats off to Bayern for their performance”.

The three players clearly want to turn the page and focus on immediate challenges.  According to Leo Messi: “We have to pick ourselves up and finish the job in the league as we’re very close to being champions.  We also have to try and turn this tie around and, if we can’t, start to think about next season”.  Xavi summed up the feeling by saying: “There are 90 minutes to go and we have to try and work a miracle.  We are Barça and we have to wear this badge with pride”.
