Online tool operative again

Now that the supporters club membership cards have been published, the OAP online service is available again to all clubs. From now on, the database can once again be updated.

From now until next January 31, supporters clubs have time to update the names of their members in order for them to be registered for the next period of publishing of supporters club membership cards, which starts in the second fortnight of march.
