First hat trick for Alexis Sánchez
The Chilean has scored 11 goals in 23 matches
Alexis Sánchez has started 2014 in convincing fashion. The 25-year-old Chilean scored a hat trick in the team’s victory against Elche (4-0), his first in the Blaugrana colours.
Alexis, who’s scored a total of 11 goals in all competitions this season (all in the league), has netted a total of six braces, five of which were scored at the Camp Nou. Alexis, who has featured in 23 matches this season, kicked off the year by earning a great All Kings Day present: the match ball.
“Thanks to my teammates I was able to score the three goals,” said Alexis after the match.
