FC Barcelona B – SD Ponferradina: Victory secured in added time (1-0)

Barça B were victorious in an agonizing match that saw the Blaugrana dominate from beginning to end, despite not creating many goalscoring chances. The team managed by Eusebio Sacristán managed to corral their rivals into their own area throughout most of the match, but their lack of depth impeded them from scoring. When it looked as though the match was going to end in a draw, Sandro Ramírez converted a penalty kick in added time to win the three points for Barça B.

President Josep Mari Bartomeu watched the match against Ponderradina from the stands of the Miniestadi. He was accompanied by vice-president Jordi Mestre and director Silvio Elias.
