After travelling to England on Monday, Barça completed their first day of training at St. George’s Park. The day started off with a training session in the morning. The session was briefly watched by students from the English Federation.
The first 15 minutes of the morning sessions are open to the press, which has inspired quite a bit of attention from the local journalists. The same journalists also attended Ivan Rakitic’s post-session press conference. It was the Croat’s first press conference since he was presented as an FC Barcelona player.
In addition, the players also found the time to explore the large training facility. Between the morning and evening sessions, the players relaxed and recovered.
