Pinto visits his former colleagues

FC Barcelona's former goalkeeper was in town today and watched this morning's first team training session

José Manuel Pinto was at the Thursday morning training session at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, a chance for him to have a chat to the players that were his team-mates until last season and to get to know the new signings.

39-year-old Pinto was at the club from January 2008 to June 2014, where he was usually the substitute for Víctor Valdés, although he got plenty of first team chances, especially in the cup, making a useful contribution to two Champions Leagues, for Ligas and two Spanish Cups.

The Andalusian left the club having made 90 official appearances in which he conceded 74 goals. He hasn’t played for any other club since.
