Barça out to break Valencia's home record
[[DES_1]] After victories against Almeria and Sevilla, Barça will be looking to make it three straight league wins when they visit Valencia on Sunday night, but Mestalla has proved a tough place to win for visiting teams this season, with Valencia taking 16 points from their first six home games.
Strong at home
Only Athletic Club Bilbao have managed to stop Valencia scoring at home this season, holding them to a goalless draw earlier this month, whilst Malaga (3-0), Espanyol (3-1), el Cordoba (3-0), Atletico Madrid (3-1) and Elche (3-1) have all been suffered big defeats.
Bouncing back
After a disappointing season last year, Valencia have bounced back and currently sit fourth, four points behind Barça. Despite taking just one point from their last two games, Nuno Espirito’s side are already looking like firm favourites to be challenging for a Champions League spot come next May.
