FC Barcelona’s packed fixture list continues this week with the first game in this season’s edition of the Copa del Rey, the Spanish cup. That’s on Wednesday at 10.00 PM CET at the El Alcoraz, the first game in a two-legged tie. Then on Sunday Barça are at home in the local derby with Espanyol. Luis Enrique has scheduled four training sessions this week to get the players ready for the double challenge.
The team will train on Monday and Tuesday at 11.00 AM CET in the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. They will travel to Huesca on the morning of the match and then have a day off on Thursday.
It’s back to training on Friday and Saturday at 11.00 AM CET in preparation for the visit of Espanyol, which kicks off at 5.00 PM CET in the Camp Nou.
