FC Barcelona's 500th road win in La Liga

FC Barcelona have reached a milestone of 500 road league victories in their history. Sunday's 5–2 win at the new San Mamés comes in Barça's 1,336th game played on the road. Barça have defeated Valencia most, 32 times, on the road, followed by Espanyol where they have won 29 times in three different stadiums (Sarrià, Olympic Stadium and Cornellà-El Prat). Athletic Club, who Barça beat for their 500th total road win, is third with 23.

Leo Messi top scorer on the road

The Argentine has scored 118 away goals for FC Barcelona, putting him well ahead of César, number two on the list with 68 goals. Cameroon striker Samuel Eto'o is third all-time with 47 road goals for Barça.
