The Barça roller hockey side continued in good form after Tuesday’s qualification for the European League Final Four with an impressive 7-3 away win at Cerceda. The victory, coupled with closest rivals Liceo’s surprise defeat at Alcoi, means they are now five points clear at the top of the table.

The blaugranes dominated the first half and went ahead with a long range effort from Raül Marín in their very first attack. Further strikes from Matías Pascual and Reinaldo gave Ricard Muñoz’s team a comfortable 3-0 lead at the break. In the second half goalkeeper Sergi Fernández was forced to make way for Egurrola due to injury. The blaugranes doubled their advantage with second half efforts from Reinaldo and two from Torra before Cerceda fought back to bring some respectability to the score at 6-3. Nevertheless, Barça had the final word with Marc Torra getting his hat trick to make the final score 7-3
